Coconut fibre pith and chips are becoming one of the most popular soils less growing mediums in the world. It is the best "organic" growing medium that offers top performance in hydroponic systems. Coconut fibres maintain high air porosity and also have superior water holding ability, which is a distinct advantage for hydroponic systems that have intermittent watering cycles.

Coir fibre pith/husk chips directly obtained directly from the mills and a maturing process is carried to prepare the materials suitable for the appropriate applications to ensure the salinity is reduced to the required levels, free of foreign matter etc.

Produced according to the Customers specific standards & carrying out regular and consistent tests at the production.

We do supply with chemically treated/ buffered material. The buffering process also means easy adjustment of pH in the Coco, which is imperative when it comes to the optimum uptake of nutrients throughout the plant’s life

Erosion Control

Erosion is the removal of solids (sediment, soil, rock and other particles) in the natural environment we live in. It usually occurs due to transport by wind, water, or ice; by down-slope creep of soil and other material under the force of gravity; or by living organisms, such as burrowing animals, in the case of bio erosion as well as by us humans.

Erosion control is the practice of preventing or controlling wind or water erosion in agriculture, land development and construction. This usually involves the creation of some sort of physical barrier, such as vegetation or rock, to absorb some of the energy of the wind or water that is causing the erosion. Effective erosion controls are important techniques in preventing water pollution and soil loss.

Perfect for use in:

•  Erosion Control in Low Flow Channels
•  Restoration of Stream Banks
•  Soil Bioengineering Projects

A protective mulch blanket or soil stabilization mat applied to the top of prepared soil for a surface vulnerable to erosion.Erosion control blankets will often mask slope failures from all but the most intense scrutiny until erosion is too far along to effectively treat the slope with spot methodsErosion control blankets are made from biodegradable substances such as coir fiber.

Care must be taken to anchor edges (particularly on the up-slope side) and overlap joining sections to ensure site protection. Erosion control blankets are placed onto prepared, seeded, soils to prevent washing away of the seed and erosion of the prepared seed bed.

After the vegetation grows the Erosion Control Blanket degrades over time until only the vegetation is left in place. The vegetation, once established, provides permanent erosion control.

A mat made from woven coconut coir fibers and has been frequently used for soil erosion prevention and fire mitigation applications. These coir meshes come in several different sizes and woven materials to help with either permanent or temporary erosion control. Mats typically last either 4-6 years, 9-24 months or 6 to months before they biodegrade.

The netting materials on these mats are equally natural and are designed to biodegrade. Netting usually features an open weave design that allows for seeding both before and after the mat has been installed

Using logs for Erosion Control is an effective process that can be used to stabilize your shores, reinforce your slopes, or be placed in as a check dam to control silt.

Made as an environmentally friendly product, these logs have an exterior manufactured with a durable polyethylene or coir twine material, and an interior packed with machine filled coconut fiber. To help ensure that these logs are environmentally friendly, polyethylene material is completely photodegradable.

Depending on your application, netting, on the bio log erosion control, can be made with or without knots. This helps to provide you with the product that most efficiently and effectively fits your location.

The natural characteristics of coir fibre, namely , great tearing strength , biodegradability, solar radiation absorption and being environmentally friendly, have made coir fibre an excellent raw material for bedding products such as mattresses and cushion, soil erosion control , filtration, slope stabilization, sediment control drainage and horticultural applications.

1)Baled fibres
We manufacture semi processed Coir fibre in compressed bale form according to specified weight max to 167kg, These are teased fiber, pith and husk partials are removed with no impurities. Moisture controlled at minimum in the range of 16-18 Qualities are namely “mattress” traditional milling / de-fibreing process and “mixed” from decortications

2)Twisted fibre, in Coil form
We cater to specific market segment by selecting suitable fibre grades ( Bristle and mattress fibers), twisting to various thicknesses diameters & these coils are complying specs of all types of carding machines. 100% Omat, Black dyed fibre, mixed fibre and mattress fibre are the main grades. Thickness ranging from ¼” to 1”

3) Twine & Yarn
Coir Twine is mechanically manufactured of using Bristle Fibre 1 Tie / Omat Fibre with a guide thread by cotton or nylon centre which is comparatively long lasting and higher tensile strength. Also available in mixed fibres too. Since different countries have their own standard specs based on their usage and application, our production line is geared to meet varied demands in qualities such as UK, Korean, USA, Pakistan etc..

Coir yarn is manufactured either with mixed brown coir fibre and is manually or semi mechanically spun.
